We will replace the product or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to start a refund or replacement

2. Include your order number and tell us whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
3. We will reply with the next steps.

Do I need to send the product back?

No. You do not need to return the product to receive a refund or a replacement. If we ever ask you to send an item back, we will email you a prepaid return label, so return shipping never costs you anything.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

When you will receive your refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to show the refund on your statement.
