How do you memorialize a deceased dog?
Asked 3 years ago
I thought of getting my mom a condolence gift and somehow memorializing her Chuahua that just passed, he has been her companion for 20 years, and naturally, she's very sad. Do you have any idea what I can do?

You could get your mom a commissioned pet portrait or painting, a photo frame with a picture of her dog, or a memorial stone for her garden. You could order a special blanket with a photo of her dog printed on it, a keychain with an engraved pawprint, or a symbolic piece of jewelry, perhaps with her Chauhua's name. You could also donate to a local shelter in her name.

Ideas for memorializing the deceased dog include commissioning a pet portrait, framing a special photo of the two of them, or getting a personalized piece of jewelry made that represents the Chauhua, like an engraved keychain or pendant. You could also donate or volunteer at a local shelter in her name.
