Does aluminum scuff and dent easily when dropped?
Asked 3 years ago
Good morning, my granny passed away two nights ago, and everything still feels so unreal. It's like I keep expecting her to send me one of her many videos and pictures as she has always done. Yet, here I am, looking at burial urns and materials for her cremains. I'm not sure if we'll be doing cremation keepsakes or not, but for now, how does aluminum fare in terms of being transported and cleaned? Is it a material that's sturdy as well as anti-corrosive?

I am so sorry to hear that. The passing of a granny is never easy. Aluminum is a relatively soft material, making it susceptible to light scratches and small dents if dropped. However, aluminum is highly corrosion-resistant and a very popular option for urns due to being lightweight, strong, and durable.
