Is the quality of urns bought online good?

I'm helping my husband plan his mom's funeral. We have been looking around for the nicest urns and they all seem to be sold online. It is extremely important that we purchase the best urn to keep my mother-in-law's ashes, so I'm a bit worried that if we buy one online, it might not be what we expected. Can you please let us know if the quality of urns bought online is good? Thanks very much.
