Does using adhesive create the best seal for an urn vault?

I want the best seal for my father's urn vault. Is adhesive the best option?

Adhesives are one of the easiest ways to seal an urn or an urn vault. The two most recommended adhesives are PC-7, which is very strong and designed for permanent jobs. The second adhesive is Loctite Go2 GEL which is a silicon-based adhesive valued for its ability to flex slightly after curing.
