Should I get an urn vault for baby's urn if I plan to reinter his remains?
Asked 4 years ago
My daughter recently passed away, and we wanted to get her cremated. I have been looking up urn designs and materials suitable for burial. My husband wants a metal urn. However, because of his Job, we often move around, and I want her buried nearby where I can visit her. Should I get an urn vault If I plan to reinter her urn?

I'm so sorry for this difficult time you're going through. Certain cemetries will automatically require that you use an urn vault. However, it is definitely recommended if you're going to move your baby's urn. The purpose of an urn vault is to protect the urn and prevent the ground from caving in around it.
