What is the cost range for cremation urns for display?

I don't just want an urn to bury with my grandfather's ashes. I actually want to display the urn above the fireplace in my new home so that I always have him with me. What is the cost range for cremation urns for display? I need to plan my budget. Thanks!

The cost of an urn is entirely dependent on the material you choose, the style of the urn, and if you would like the urn to be personalized or not. The average cost for display urns, excluding personalization is:
- Ceramic: $100 to $550
- Glass: $150 to $500
- Marble and Stone: $50 to $500
- Metal: $50 to $300
- Wood: $50 and $400
