How do you plan a closed cremation?

My father's final wish was to have a closed cremation. How do you plan a closed cremation?

A closed cremation involves no funeral service and no viewing of the deceased. A closed cremation includes:
- You organize a doctor to complete any paperwork
- Your loved one is collected from their place of death
- You book the cremation
- Their body is transported to a crematorium
- The cremation is carried out
- You settle any cremation fees
- The ashes are safely returned to you
