How much can I expect to pay for an underwater cremation reef?

My father was a marine biologist before he died last year of pancreatic cancer. My sisters and I heard of this amazing thing where you can create an underwater cremation reef, and we would love to do this in his memory. How much do these kinds of things cost?

One of the main organizations offering this service is Eternal Reefs. They currently have 3000 memorial reefs across 25 sites. A reef ball will cost anywhere between $3000 and $7500. There is a similar company called Neptune Memorial Reef that costs around $1300 for a memorial reef ball.
