Can stone above ground urn vaults withstand harsh weather?
Asked 4 years ago
My aunt is looking at buying a stone above ground urn vault for her husband's urn. Can stone withstand harsh weather conditions like heat and rainy days? Thanks!

Architects and builders favor stone because of its general resilience and ability to resist harsh weather conditions. However, it isn't invincible and can be damaged by very extreme weather. Marble has the natural ability to withstand harsh weather but can get damaged if water is trapped inside. Granite is one of the tougher natural stones.
