Is it possible to commingle a couple's ashes in an extra-large biodegradable urn?

Asked 2 years ago

My wife and I have been discussing our eventual passing. We love nature and want to be buried close to it. I've looked into biodegradable urns, but I don't know what size would be ideal for us if one of us died before the other. Is it possible to mix our ashes in an extra-large urn?

To commingle your ashes together, you'll need a companion urn as they are designed and made to hold the cremains of more than one person. Companion urns are perfect for two people who wish to remain together after death and this option is possible in a biodegradable urn.
